ARE-X11 charger is an intelligent charger for use with 18650 Li-ion rechargeable batteries. It has an micro USB charging and discharging port. It is equipped with 4 leds which indicate the status of the battery. It has a chip which controlls the level of charging or discharging with an integrated protection system.
ARB-L18-3500 is a battery which has protection against short circuit, overcharging and overdischarging for use with Fenix flashlights or any other elecronic devices that use this type of battery.
